I support a one payer system and will advocate for it federally on behalf of constituents. Until that happens, I will work tirelessly to bring the costs down for Hoosiers. Healthcare costs are incredibly high in Indiana. We need to address these costs, bring down medication and treatment costs, and work to ensure there is comprehensive costs’ transparency from all providers and insurers. We need to rectify the issue with Medicaid and support working families. We also need to ensure reproductive healthcare access is available to all. I do not believe it is the government’s responsibility to make or interfere in personal healthcare decisions.
